About Róisín Dubh

Róisín Dubh (“Ro-sheen dove”; The Black Rose) is a unique school music program that performs the traditional music of Ireland in authentic traditional and contemporary styles. Since 2001, Róisín Dubh has performed more than 300 times, released four albums, and shared the stage with some of the top Irish musicians from our region and the world. Róisín Dubh was one of only four student ensembles from the U.S. invited to perform at the National Music Student Leadership Conference in Salt Lake City, and has been heard on NPR's famous Thistle & Shamrock.
